By creating an account or using BoostNG (operated by Mayor Tech Inc), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BoostNG provides social media growth services including followers, likes, views, and virtual phone numbers. All social media engagement services are sourced from third-party providers. Results may vary. We do not guarantee delivery times or retention rates.

All payments are processed in USD. Wallet balances are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. A 5% service tax applies to all transactions. Top-up amounts are credited as Mayor Points (1 point = $0.01).

You may not use BoostNG for illegal purposes, to violate platform terms of service, or to harm others. Fraudulent payments will result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Mayor Tech Inc is not liable for unauthorised account access.

Mayor Tech Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of BoostNG. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, Telegram username (optional), and payment transaction details when you register or make a payment.

Your information is used to operate your account, process payments, deliver orders, and send service notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). Firebase is GDPR compliant. Data may be stored on servers in the United States or Europe.

Payment processing is handled by Paystack, PayPal, and cryptocurrency networks. We do not store full card numbers. Transaction IDs and amounts are stored for record-keeping.

We use browser local storage to maintain your session and preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing mayorboosthubng@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited to your account. If a payment was made in error and no orders have been placed, contact us within 24 hours and we will review your case.

If an order fails to start within 24 hours of placement, or if significant drop occurs within the refill window, you are eligible for a refill or credit back to your BoostNG wallet. Refunds are issued as wallet credit, not cash.

Virtual number purchases are refunded automatically if no SMS is received within the timeout window. Cancellations initiated by the user before SMS receipt are also refunded to wallet balance.

Email boostng.support@gmail.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.

Services that have been fully delivered, accounts banned for Terms of Service violations, and payments made more than 7 days ago are not eligible for refund.
